REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY.
Please note ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We Do Not Offer Refunds or Exchanges for Books/Literature.
Exchanges for Clothing (if applicable)
To consider your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused (unworn and unwashed) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags in place.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then you may exchange it for the same item, send us an email at queenpin12@yahoo.com and wait for an email from us with further instructions. If your exchange was accepted and if we have your requested product size in stock. If we do not have your size in stock, a store credit will be emailed to you for future purchases.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility and an invoice will be sent to you via email and must be remitted Prior to our shipping your replaced item to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
